Our Teachers The key component of any preschool program is the staff. At Bethany Nursery Group, our high caliber staff is totally committed to providing excellent care for our students.
Our Director and Head Teacher is Pat Garcia. Pat has spent over 20 years developing this quality program ensuring that the children leaving BNG are not only fully prepared for Kindergarten, but also have the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
The dedicated staff, which for the last 15 years has included Mrs. Judy Cofrancesco and Mrs. Pat Rechi, creates a safe, warm and nurturing environment where each child is respected and encouraged to grow at their own pace. With a strong knowledge of the four developmental domains of preschool children (cognitive, personal and social, physical, creative expression and aesthetic development) and a deep love of children, our teachers are devoted to helping each child reach to his or her fullest potential.
All BNG teachers are certified in First Aid and CPR.
Pat, Judy and Pat all have strong roots in the community. Together they have eight children, all of whom are alumnae of the Bethany Nursery Group.
